Waycot Holiday Cottage

Adjacent to Brooklyn B&B, this compact character cottage sleeps 4, although we would suggest that it might be more comfortable with no more than 3 adults.

There is a small living room (with multi fuel stove) which will seat 3 comfortably, also a kitchenette on the ground floor. The first floor houses a double bedroom with 4ft bed and a bathroom and the second floor bedroom has 2 single beds which can be reconfigured to make a large double. Both bedrooms and the bathroom have storage heaters.

Electricity is included in the price, bedlinen, towels and fuel for the stove are provided.

Christmas & New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays, July & August : £350 per week

All other times: £225 per week

Shorter Breaks ( 3/4 nights ):
High Season : £225
Low Season : £150

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday, short breaks from Friday to Sunday/Monday or Monday to Friday, or by arrangement.
